Mr. James Ronald "Ronnie" Wood Sr., 75, died September 15, 2020, at the North Mississippi Medical Center in Eupora.
Funeral Services were held 3 p.m. Friday, Sept. 18 at Oliver Funeral Home Chapel in Eupora with burial in Mt. Vernon Baptist Church Cemetery in Webster County. Bro. Randy Bridges and Bro. Dale Strickland officiated.
He attended Mount Vernon Baptist Church and was a registered nurse for over forty years.
He was preceded in death by his parents; Joe Frank and Rose Lavelle Burchfield Wood, his wife; Kathy Salley Wood and a sister; Betty Williams Johnston.
Mr. Ronnie is survived by three daughters; Kathy Wood (Kevin) Cascio of Cabot, Ark., Charla (Dale) Boatman of Eupora and Julia (Trey) Woods of Madison.; two sons; Ron (Tracy) Wood and Ryan (Laura) Wood, both of Kilmichael,; a sister; Barbara Elkins of Eupora,; a brother; Charles (Loyeta) Wood, of Jacksonville, Ark, twelve grandchildren; Shelby (Ryan) Smith, Evan Wood, Avery Scott Wood, Sadie Grace Cascio, Emma Claire Cascio, Lennie Kate Wood, Hudson Wood, Eliza Boatman, Tripp Boatman, Jacey Woods, William Woods, Shaw Woods, one great grandchild; "on the way", his first wife; Kathleen Wood, his S.O. (Significant Other) Donna Green and his beloved Cat "Donna".
Honorary Pallbearers were: B. C. Blackwelder and Members of Nails One Stop "Lunch Group". Ronnie was a U. S. Air Force veteran and Mason.
