Dr. Earl Wayne Adams of Duck Hill passed away at his home on Saturday, July 4, 2020. A graveside memorial service will be held for Dr. Adams at a later date.
Dr. Adams was born in Winona on January 13, 1946, to Marion W. and Alice Hawkins Adams. He was an
educational administrator and a member of First Baptist Church in Winona. He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Edward Lamar Adams and Rev. Marion Lee Adams.
Dr. Adams is survived by his wife, Dianne Stoker Adams of Duck Hill; two sons, Christopher Wayne Adams of Winona and Robert Marion Adams (Samantha) of Winona; one sister, Norma Melton of Winona; one brother, Dr. Bobby Adams of Meridian; four grandchildren, Collin Stoker Adams, Tristen Roy Adams, Jacob Robert Adams, and Mary Catherine Adams; and one great-grandchild, Phoenix Collin Adams.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America.
