Diane Ingram Welch of Winona, 66, passed away on Wednesday, September 16, 2020, at Tyler Holmes Memorial Hospital in Winona.
There was a private family graveside service held at Scotland Baptist Church Cemetery in Winona on Friday, Sept. 18, 2020.
Ms. Welch was born in Winona on December 1, 1953, to Rupert Joseph and Wilma Otha Parish Ingram. She was a retired registered nurse and was the former Director of Nursing at Tyler Holmes Memorial Hospital. She was a volunteer with the American Cancer Society and Relay for Life, which she co-chaired for four years. She was a member of Scotland Baptist Church in Winona where she served as a Sunday School teacher, Mission Friends leader, and pianist.
Ms. Welch is survived by her two sons, Timothy and Josh Welch; two sisters, Margaret Patten and Jane Jenkins; two brothers, Rev. Rupert Ingram and her twin, David Ingram; three grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Scotland Baptist Church in Winona.
