Mrs. Catherine W. Jordan, 92, passed away at Vaiden Community Living Center in Vaiden on Friday, May 15, 2020. A graveside service was held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 17, at Oakwood Cemetery in Winona, with Rev. Randy Bridges officiating. There was no visitation.
Mrs. Jordan was born in Choctaw County on January 25,1928, and was the daughter of the late Henry Bailey and Lettie Belle Burton Wilson. She was a homemaker and a member of Hays Creek Baptist Church near Winona. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Earl W. "Jack" Jordan; and two brothers, William Bailey Wilson
and Jimmy Fox Wilson.
Survivors include many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces, and great-great-nephews.
