Funeral services for Mr. Robert Mann "Bobby" Noah of Vaiden were held at 12 p.m. on Wednesday, August 28, in the Oliver Funeral Home Chapel, with burial following in Vaiden Cemetery. The Rev. Dean Stewart officiated the service. Pallbearers were Vincent Noah, Robert Noah, Doug Planer, James Meeks, Joe Don Jones, and Benny Griffin. Honorary pallbearers were Wayne Cook, Chuck Planer, Harry Sparkman, Dent Turner, Joey Welch, T J Nabors, Bernard Evans, and Pat Riley.
Visitation was held Wednesday, August 28, from 10 a.m. until service time at Oliver Funeral Home.
Robert Mann "Bobby" Noah, 77, passed away Thursday, August 22, 2024, at his home in Vaiden. He was born to Robert and Susie Mann Noah on March 4, 1947. He was a member of Shongalo Presbyterian Church in Vaiden and a retired entrepreneur.
He is survived by his daughter, Holly Mitchell of Vaiden; son, Tally Noah (Marcie) of Jackson; sister, Carolyn Sue Graetz of New Orleans; brother, Marvin Noah (Marsha) of Madison; three grandchildren, Ella Mitchell, Vincent Noah and Robert Noah; and one great-granddaughter, Celia Noah. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Sara Lou Planer and brother, Billy Noah.
