On July 10, 1956, a beautiful, brown-eyed baby girl was born to the late Willie Luther and Mae Ruth Brown in Montgomery County. They named her Cynthia Denise Brown. She peacefully departed this life on Friday, Oct. 18, 2024, at 10:48 a.m. at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Oxford surrounded by loved ones.
Cynthia was preceded in death by her parents, Willie Luther and Mae Ruth Brown, and brothers, Demetri Bland and Glen Brown.
Visitation will be held on Friday, Oct. 25, from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. at Binford Chapel at 411 MLK Jr. Dr. The funeral will be held on Saturday, Oct. 26, at 3 p.m. at Sweet Home at 8 Sweethome Rd. Repast will be held at The Male Club at 29 Woods Ln.
