Barbara Helen Barnes of Oxford, formerly of Winona, passed away Saturday, Dec. 16, 2023, at North Mississippi Regional Center in Oxford at the age of 79. She was born to Edward N. and Helen Smith Barnes on Sept. 1, 1944.
She is survived by her brothers, Eddie Barnes, Charles Barnes, and Bob Barnes.
A private family committal service was held Monday, Dec. 18, at Oakwood Cemetery in Winona.
