Leona Raye Russell, 91, of Jacksonville passed away Saturday, February 26, 2022. She was born May 10, 1930, in Moorefield to the late Dan Monroe Harvison and Ethyl Boling Harvison. Mrs. Russell grew up the daughter of a sharecropper and spent many of her childhood summers with bare feet. Mrs. Russell was a member of Bayou Meto Baptist Church.

Pallbearers were his nephews, Austin Moore, Heath Hodges, Hunter Hodges, Nick Liberto, Joe Liberto and Paul Liberto.
