Mr. James Hartford Nester, Sr. died on Saturday, Feb. 24, 2024, at his residence in Carrollton. Services will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 27, at 2 p.m. at Williams and Lord Funeral Home in Greenwood. Visitation will be held on Monday, Feb. 26, from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. and on Tuesday, Feb. 27, from noon until service time at the funeral home.

Terry Corley officiated the service. Pallbearers were Kris Blakely, Joe Goodson, Alex Blakely, Roy Webb Blakely, Gene Blakely, and Mike Blakely.
