Funeral services for Norma Jean Wilcutt of Winona were held at 10 a.m. in the Oliver Chapel on Monday, Sept. 16, with burial following in North Cleveland Cemetery in Cleveland. The Rev. Rusty Parsons and the Rev. Tracy Putnam officiated the services. Pallbearers were Mason Meeks, Dylan Meeks, Brett Wilcutt, Ben McNeer, Luke McNeer, Taylor Reeves, Trace Parsons, and Cade Parsons.
Visitation was held on Monday, Sept. 16 from 9 a.m. until service time at Oliver Funeral Home.
Norma Jean Wilcutt, 71, passed away at Winona Manor on Thursday, Sept. 12, 2024. She was born in Cleveland on June 16, 1953, to the Rev. Robert Lee “Bob” and Wilma Ashley Wilcutt. She loved life and people and enjoyed worshiping, singing, and spending time with her family. She was a member of Providence Baptist Church in Cleveland.
Norma Jean is survived by three sisters, Wanda Robertson (Don) of Winona, Lisa Parsons (Ronald) of Philadelphia, and Donna McNeer (Gene) of Winona; brother, Buddy Wilcutt (Theresa) of Bartlett, Tenn.; and a host of nieces and nephews.
