A Winona man is facing charges of burglary of a dwelling.
Charles Fleming, 21, of Winona was arrested and charged in connection with the burglary at a residence on Simpson Drive in Winona on Friday, July 20.
According to court documents, stolen from the home was approximately $2,500 in cash, a laptop, and a Playstation 4 game station.
Tuesday, Winona City Court Judge Donald Bond continued Fleming’s case until August 7 to allow the defendant to hire an attorney. Bond was set at $40,000.
In an unrelated charge, Fleming was found guilty of trespassing, a misdemeanor charge, and fined $329.
