A Carrollton man is back in Carroll County to face charges of grand larceny.
According to Carroll County Sheriff Clint Walker, James Clark Holloway is being held in the Carroll Montgomery Regional Correctional Facility in Vaiden after being charged with grand larceny.
Walker said Holloway stands accused of stealing a 2012 Honda Foreman 500 ATV from County Road 213 in Carroll County on June 2, 2019.
Deputies responded to the call and reported his ATV was stolen.
During the investigation, Holloway was located in Panola County, and he was picked up by the Panola County Sheriff’s Department. Walker said the ATV was also recovered and returned to its owner.
