NATIONAL SUMMARY
The series of storms will continue across the Northwest
tomorrow, bringing more rain from Northern California to
much of Washington and Idaho. Across the East, the latest

Southeast, leading to renewed flooding concerns. Some
thunderstorms can become severe as well and could produce
localized damaging wind gusts and even an isolated tornado.
Farther north, another damp day is in store from
Pennsylvania to Iowa with cloudy skies and some drizzle,
although fog should dissipate in the morning. Elsewhere
