A July 29 traffic stop led Winona Police Department to seize 54 grams of methamphetamine.
Mondello Hallmon, 30, of Winona was arrested by the Winona Police Department and charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and other misdemeanor charges after a traffic stop on Highway 51 at the Summit Street intersection around 3 p.m. on Thursday, July 29.
According to Winona Chief of Police Roshaun Daniels, Hallmon, who was driving a Grand Marquis, was stopped by a Winona officer for a traffic violation. During the stop, the officer discovered a large amount of what police believe to be methamphetamine.
Hollman was transported to the Carroll Montgomery Regional Correctional Facility in Vaiden.
