Bella Roberts, Junior, Winona Christian
Why she’s here: Roberts was a force for the Lady Stars this season, leading the area in scoring with 22.1 points. She pulled down 9.2 rebounds a game, five steals and 1.8 assists a game. Roberts was the District 2-4A Player of the Year, was named the MAIS Player of the Month for November, and led the Lady Stars to the district championship. Roberts was a member of the All-Crossroads team last year.
Aaniyah Williams, Sophomore, J.Z. George
Why she’s here: The sophomore guard had a breakout season for the Lady Jaguars, averaging 21 points a game this season. Williams had a season high of 44 points, which broke a school record. Williams was also named an All-District selection for the Lady Jaguars.
Dru Chamblee, Senior, Carroll Academy
Why she’s here: The senior point guard led the Lady Rebels in scoring this season with 11 points a game. She helped the Lady Rebels to a runner-up finish in district play and was named to the MAIS Class 1A-2A-3A All-Star basketball game.
Jayla Campbell, Junior, Winona
Why she’s here: Campbell had a solid year for the Lady Tigers as she led the team with 12 points a game and eight rebounds. Campbell was also a Region 5-3A selection for the Lady Tigers this season.
Audrey Eldridge, Junior, Winona Christian
Why she’s here: The junior was a solid contributor for the Lady Stars this season as she averaged 8.1 points and 5.6 rebounds a game. Eldridge was a First-Team All-District selection and made the District 4-2A All-Tournament team.

Jake Ware, Junior, Winona Christian
Why he’s here: Ware was the leader on the floor for the Stars, who won the District 2-4A championship. Ware averaged 16.9 points, 8.2 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 2.6 steals a game for the Stars. He was named the 2-4A Player of the Year and made the All-Tournament teams for the district and North 4A tournaments.
D’Anthony McGlothan, Senior, J.Z. George
Why he’s here: McGlothan led the Jaguars in scoring at 22.4 points a game this season. The senior, who signed with Holmes in football, also averaged 7.9 rebounds, 3.5 steals and 2.3 assists a game. He was named the Region 4-2A Offensive Player of the Year and was selected to play in the Magnolia State All-Star game. He was also selected to the All-Crossroads team in football as well.
Noah Beck, Junior, Carroll Academy
Why he’s here: The junior guard had a standout season for the Rebels, doubling his point production from last year as he averaged 24 points a game and had a school record 52 points against Deer Creek this season. He was a District 2-4A First-Team selection for the Rebels. After his 52-point outburst, Beck also posted 47 points against Greenville St. Joseph this season. Beck was also an All-Crossroads selection in football as well.
Clifford Lee, Senior, Winona
Why he’s here: The senior point guard led the Tigers to another outstanding season as he averaged 18 points, six rebounds and five assists a game. Lee was a First-Team selection to the Region 3-3A team and was selected to play in the NEMBCA All-Star game. He was also named Co-MVP for the Tigers.
Jaiwain Small, Junior, Winona
Why he’s here: Small, also a standout in football, had a breakout season for the Tigers, averaging 12 points, five rebounds and three assists a game. Small was selected to play in the Mississippi Association of Coaches North/South All-star game. He was named Winona’s Best offensive player and the junior was also a first-team selection in division 3-3A.
