The Carroll Academy track team finished ninth in the Class 4A state track meet.
Carroll finished with 29 total points while Canton won Class 4A with 131 points.

In the boys 110-meter hurdles, Noah Beck finished sixth with a time of 17.93 while Owen Garrett finished eighth with a time of 20.90.
In the boys 300-meter hurdles, Beck finished fifth with a time of 46.12.
In the boys 4-by-100-meter relay, Carroll finished sixth with a time of 48.54. On the relay team was Mathis Beck, Noah Beck, Collin Hurst, Owen Garrett, Nathan Matthews and Cohen Blaylock.
In the boys 4-by-200-meter relay, Carroll finished sixth with a time of 1:41.17. On the relay team was Mathis Beck, Noah Beck, Collin Hurst, Owen Garrett, Logan Upchurch and Nathan Matthews.
In the boys 4-by-400-meter relay, Carroll finished seventh with a time of 4:01.01. On the relay team was Mathis Beck, Noah Beck, Collin Hurst, Owen Garrett, Nathan Matthews and Joseph McCrory.
In the boys 4-by-800-meter relay, Carroll finished sixth with a time of 9:56.10. On the relay team was Joseph McCrory, Nathan Matthews, Gage Ray, Logan Upchurch, C.J. McDonald and Mason Casidy.
In the boys’ long jump, Mathis Beck was fourth with a jump of 18 feet, 9.5 inches.

The girls finished 12th overall in the Class 5A track meet.
In the girls 400-meter dash, Carlie Hoover was sixth with a time of 1:09.61.
In the girls 4-by-100-meter relay, Carroll was eighth with a time of 55.37. On the relay team was Meri Brynn Reeves, Sadie Grones, Carlie Hoover, Carley Beth Bullard, Katherine Mullins and Ann Shelby Whitworth.
In the girls 4-by-200-meter relay, Carroll again finished eighth with a time of 2:00.75. On the relay team was Meri Brynn Reeves, Sadie Grones, Carlie Hoover, Carley Beth Bullard, Katherine Mullins and Ann Shelby Whitworth.
In the high jump, Carlie Hoover finished eighth with a jump of four feet, four inches.
In the triple jump, Hoover finished third with a jump of 31 feet, 10 inches.
