Marvell Morgan, 81, of Winona, began collecting cans as a way to eliminate trash on the road and to also teach his great-grandchildren about work and responsibility. The Morgans take their earnings from selling the cans and give all of the proceeds to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, Tenn.
