After Atmos Energy dug up holes on McCarley Road to tie in existing gas lines, the company patched the road, but the patches have settled leaving a rough road. Supervisor Jim Neill said he feels Atmos should pay for repaving the road, and county officials agreed, sending Atmos a $68,000 bill.
