The Winona High School girls track team finished with 100 team points in tying East Webster High School for first place at the Region 4-3A meet held last Thursday at Winona.
Mooreville was third with 61 points, and Aberdeen fourth with 55 points. Nettleton brought up the rear with 14 points.
In the boys division, Mooreville was first with 138 points, and East Webster second with 82 points. Winona came in third with 69 points, and Aberdeen fourth with 38 points. Nettleton came in fifth with 19 points.
The top four from each event advance to the Super Region 2 meet Thursday at Winona High School. There are nine schools competing in girls and boys events vying to advance to North State next week, which will also be held at Winona. Only the top four in each event advance to the state meet.
