On April 10 at approximately 10:48 a.m., officers of the Winona Police Department conducted a routine traffic stop on a 2002 GMC Yukon on Highway 51 near the US 82 overpass for an equipment violation. Through the course of the roadside investigation, probable cause was established and a search of the Yukon yielded narcotics and a firearm.
