Two Montgomery County men are in the Vaiden jail on separate felony charges, following routine traffic stops in Winona on July 16.
Winona police arrested Brandon Summers, 31 of Winona, on Mississippi Highway 51 near Scott, according to a statement released by Chief Roshaun Daniels.
“Summers is charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia,” stated Daniels.
Police arrested Tommy Berry Jr., 32 of Duck Hill, after officers conducted a stop on Berry for running in and out of traffic on U.S. Highway 82 near Waffle House, according to Daniels.
“Berry is charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia,” stated Daniels.
Berry is currently being held at the Carroll Montgomery Regional Correctional Facility on a $10,000 bond, and Summers is being held on $5,000.
