Billy Leroy Azbell, of Manchester, Tenn., a beloved husband, brother, father, and grandfather, passed away on Sept. 15, 2025, just days before his 79th birthday. He was born on Sept. 20, 1946, in Coila, Miss., to Bill and Ruby Azbell.
