● Chuck Garza of Stewart was arrested on Nov. 11 by the MCSO on the charges of possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, felony and possession of a controlled substance.
● David William Rhodes of Winona was arrested on Nov. 15 by the WPD on the charges of possession of paraphernalia, misdemeanor; with a bail set in the amount of $942.50, possession of a controlled substance; with a bail set in the amount of $644.25, and disorderly conduct failure to comply, misdemeanor; with a bail set in the amount of $444.25.
● Demetric O’Shea Clark of Winona was arrested on Nov. 16 by the WPD on the charges of disorderly conduct disturbing the peace, misdemeanor; with a bail set in the amount of $444.25, and resisting arrest, misdemeanor; with a bail set in the amount of $444.25.
● James Walter Harley Nelms of Stewart was arrested on Nov. 11 by the MCSO on the charge of possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, felony and is on hold for MDOC.
● Lewis Wiggins of Duck Hill was arrested on Nov. 16 by the WPD on the charge of disorderly conduct, misdemeanor; with a bail set in the amount of $444.25.
● Logan Thomas Shearer of Stewart was arrested on Nov. 17 by the MCSO on the charge of driving under the influence, misdemeanor; with a bail set in the amount of $901.
● Terry Payton of West was arrested on Nov. 15 by the MCSO on the charge of possession of a controlled substance.
● Timothy Dewayne Harbin of Winona was arrested on Nov. 11 by the WPD on the charge of possession of paraphernalia, misdemeanor; with a bail set in the amount of $456.25.
