● Branden Collins of Winona was arrested on Oct. 11 by the WPD on the charges of fleeing, misdemeanor; with a bail set in the amount of $1,000, and possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle, misdemeanor; with a bail set in the amount of $500.
● Carlos Nelson Anderson of Madison was arrested on Oct. 12 by the MHP on the charges of speeding, misdemeanor; with a bail set in the amount of $212.50, driving without valid license, misdemeanor; with a bail set in the amount of $362.50, driving under the influence, misdemeanor; with a bail set in the amount of $935.50, and failure to provide proof of insurance, misdemeanor; with a bail set in the amount of $612.50.
● Daniel Rhodes of Winona was arrested on Oct. 12 by the WPD on the charge of trespassing, misdemeanor; with a bail set in the amount of $344.25.
● James Conrad Johnson of Winona was arrested on Oct. 11 by the WPD on the charges of disorderly conduct, misdemeanor; with a bail set in the amount of $1,831, possession of paraphernalia, misdemeanor, possession of a controlled substance, and resisting arrest, misdemeanor.
● Lenorise Cartelle Walker of Vaiden was arrested on Oct. 11 by the CCSO on the charge of aggravated domestic violence, felony; with a bail set in the amount of $10,000.
● Leon Butts of Duck Hill was arrested on Oct. 12 by the MCSO on the charge of driving under the influence, misdemeanor.
● Travon Malik Christian was arrested on Oct. 13 by the WPD and is currently on hold for an investigation.
