Winona Mayor Jerry Flowers said he asks just one thing of the officers that make up the Winona Police Department – treat people the way you want to be treated. It is something he reiterates with every new hire brought before the Winona Board of Aldermen.
“It is simple, just treat people how you want to be treated,” Flowers said.
