The Winona Board of Aldermen are mulling two options for garbage pickup in the city.
Recently, with the end of the current contract nearing an end, the city advertised for bids from waste disposal companies to service the city for the next six years. Proposals were opened during Tuesday night’s regular meeting of the board.
