Date set for Winona murder trial

WINONA – A trial date has been set for a Winona teen accused of first degree murder.
Jury selection will begin in the murder trial of Markevion Merritt, now 19, on June 7, 2021, in Montgomery County Circuit Court. Judge George Mitchell set the trial Tuesday.
