WINONA – Political newcomer Sylvia Clark unseated incumbent Kelvin Winbush for the Ward 3 seat on the Winona Board of Aldermen. Clark received 51 percent of the vote, so a runoff election will not be necessary.
Ward 3 voters voted Tuesday in the Democratic Primary Election, as all three candidates ran on the Democratic ticket.
