All God’s Children is a non-exclusive group lead by average Carroll County community members that is “seeking to bring people of all races and cultures in the local community together” according to AGC member Mrs. Josephine Neill-Browning.
The group holds their monthly meeting on the last Thursday of each month in the conference room of the Carrollton Public Library starting at 4 p.m. Meetings often cover differing topics including any issues of interest to community members as well as devotionals.
Despite the name and inclusion of occasional devotionals, Mrs. Neill-Browning assures that the organization welcomes individuals of other religious backgrounds with open arms, stating “We’re called All God’s Children because we believe everyone is a child of God regardless.”
The group has intentions to sponsor the creation of inclusive hobby groups in the Carroll County area. All God’s Children has a meeting planned for Thursday Feb. 29th to discuss the formation of a community gardening program.
