Two join newspaper staff

Two new staff members, Chloe Ricks and Tillman Reed, have joined the staff of The Winona Times and The Conservative.

Chloe Ricks of Greenwood was hired as a staff writer and will work throughout the summer until she returns to Duke University to pursue a Master’s Degree this fall.
