Flood assessment

Officials met Thursday morning at Booth Lake located west of Highway 35 in Carroll County to address when there is heavy rainfall the flooding causes residents to not be able to go to and from their homes. Residents attended the Carroll County Board of Supervisors meeting Monday in Carrollton.
