Michael Barnhill, 31, of Winona pleaded guilty to three counts of first degree murder and one count of aggravated assault in Carroll County Circuit Court today. He pleaded guilty for the murders of Marlee Jones Barnhill, Jim Harrell, and Brooks Harrell, as well as the aggravated assault of Amber Garrard.
