Charity Ball King and Queen

Winona Head Football Coach Joey Tompkins and Winona Elementary School teacher Amber Austin were crowned this year’s Charity Ball King and Queen at the annual Charity Ball, presented by the Junior Auxiliary of Winona, held Saturday evening at Cotesworth Culture and Heritage Center in Carrollton.









Community Good Friday service set

A special Community Good Friday program will be held on Friday, March 30 at 6 p.m. at the base of Christ’s Cross at the Crossroads, located on Brother Johnny Walker Drive at the Highway 82 and Interstate 55 interchange. The Rev. Philip McRae will deliver the message with special music by Benny Rigby and Rev.
