Monday, seniors at Carroll Academy graduated from the school they’ve known for a good portion of their lives. Some began 13 years ago as Kindergarteners, some even further as Pre-K students and some came in between, but all walked the stage together.

For Jada Mims and Jacey Eldridge, it’s been a race to the top since Mims arrived at Winona Christian. Before her arrival, Eldridge and Cade and Colby Marlow were always neck and neck for the top average in the class. As the end of senior year approached, Mims advanced to the top of the pack.
Since Hannah Key and Faith Gammel both began school at Winona Elementary in the third grade, it has always been a friendly battle between the two. Key and Gammel will graduate Valedictorian and Salutatorian of the 2019 class of Winona High School, respectively.
