Making your own hot sauce

We all know and love that little green capped bottle of spicy goodness!  Hot sauce, like Tabasco or Louisiana-brand hot sauce, is actually fermented peppers with vinegar added.  Pickled corn is a great way to preserve that excess corn from the garden.  It is delicious!

It’s been over seven years since Stevelyn Robinson was paralyzed in a school bus crash, and he hasn’t stopped fighting. He continues to progress through regular physical therapy at Methodist Outpatient Therapy in Ridgeland.
