Town seeking deputy clerk

The Town of Kilmichael is narrowing down its search for a new deputy city clerk to help current clerk Pauline Hall.

The position was left vacant after former assistant clerk Claudette McClain resigned in May. Hall said the position was advertised twice after the board approved it in a May 14 special call meeting.



DHPD gets body cam

The Town of Duck Hill has purchased its first body cam for its police department.

During its monthly board meeting Monday night, the Duck Hill Board of Aldermen approved a purchase in the amount of $400 for its first body cam.
