Miller entered his plea before Judge Clarence Morgan, III, in Kosciusko Wednesday morning, Montgomery County Sheriff Bubba Nix said. He pleaded guilty to four counts of sexual battery, five counts of touching a child for lustful purposes, and six counts of dissemination of sexually-oriented materials to persons under 18 years of age.
He was sentenced to 30 years, to be served day-for-day without the possibility of parole or early release.
Miller was questioned by police on July 9 after allegations of molestations were raised. He was later arrested and charged with four counts of sexual battery and seven counts of molesting a child for lustful purposes in Montgomery County. He was charged with three counts of sexual battery and two counts of touching a child for lustful purposes in Carroll County, and two counts of sexual battery and eight counts of touching a child for lustful purposes in Webster County.
