This year's all-night event will feature a three-day carnival provided by C & M Southern Midway company in the parking lot of the Montgomery County Courthouse.
"We are having a full carnival with rides and everything beginning Friday kicking off Relay," Co-chairman Debra Bradley said. "It will go through Sunday, and a portion of all the proceeds will benefit Relay."
Bradley said Friday night from 8 p.m. until 2 a.m., bracelets will be sold to carnival-goers for unlimited fun. The rest of the weekend individual tickets will be sold for rides.
In addition to the Carnival for a Cure, entertainment and food will be available. A fireworks show, sponsored by Johnson's Fireworks, will also be held at midnight on Friday night.
Registration for survivors will be held from 5 until 5:30 p.m. June 4. The Survivor King and Queen will be crowned shortly after.
The official kick-off will begin at 6 p.m. with the Survivor walk. Each survivor will also be introduced.
At 6:15, a Womanless Beauty Pageant sponsored by the Rainbow Team of Winona will be held, followed by the Sta-Home team auction at 8 p.m. with auctioneer Larry Emmons. The auction will continue until 9 p.m.
