Dreams really can come true.
This past Saturday night, I had the honor to be a VIP guest at the National Catch a Dream Banquet. This is a great event to support a truly wonderful cause.
This foundation grants wishes to children that have a severe illness. This was a chance to really see the good in people.
I had the honor to meet Dayna Redmond a 12-year-old girl from Braxton, Mississippi. Dayna with the help of great volunteers from Catch a Dream went on a whitetail deer hunt last fall where she took a great buck. Way to go Dayna!
This coming spring she has her sights set on a turkey. I hope with the help of one of my calls that her dream will come true.
There were many other stories there Saturday night of dreams that had come true, but more of these dreams can only come true with our help.
If each one of us would just volunteer a little of our time and effort to such a great cause how many dreams could we make come true.
I plan on doing my part why don't you join me?
