KILMICHAEL -- After losing four straight, Montgomery County head coach Frank Miller knew all his boys needed was a good dose of a home crowd.

Since the skid, the Hornets are winners of two straight and will look to powerhouse Sebastopol in Kilmichael Friday night.

On Tuesday night the Hornets got to .500 in 6-1A play with a 82-60 win at McAdams.

"We're shooting a lot better and we've been playing with a lot of energy," Miller said. "This is very good for us."

The Hornets are 3-3 in district play and move to 12-9 on the season.

The Hornets took a 40-33 lead into halftime against the Bulldogs and was led by Akeevious Robinson with 21 points. Jason Henson contributed with 19 points and Desmond Turner added 13. Denarious Womack finished with ten points.

"We had four players in double figures, and that shows what kind of basketball we're playing right now," Miller said.

The Hornets got that much needed home win Friday night over Ethel, 70-57. In that game, Jason Henson led the way with 23 points.
